– Is your breathing getting in your way—too high, too shallow, easily out of breath, etc.?
– Do you often feel restless and panicky?
– Do you feel like you can’t control your voice, it squeaks and cracks, and doesn’t sound the way you want?
– Do you feel a blockage in your throat chakra and want to do something about it?
– Do you have (had) burnout and/or are you suffering from depression?
I could go on and on…
Carefully attuned exercises for your voice and the entire body bring deep relaxation. In a safe and supportive environment, I guide you to sound consciously and freely. Your voice serves as the vehicle in this process. It doesn’t matter whether your voice squeaks, cracks, trembles, or flows effortlessly — every sound is welcome.
By consciously using your voice, something begins to move within. Something loosens and starts to vibrate free from inside. A sense of space and relief can emerge. You begin to feel connected with yourself again. From this place, your breath naturally settles, and blockages in the voice can begin to soften and dissolve.
These sessions are deeply relaxing and supportive, helping you rediscover trust in your sound, your voice, your energy, and your ability to express yourself. They help you reconnect with who you truly are.

Singing in nature feels completely natural to me. I remember my father singing every morning in the forest, his temple. I do no different myself. The beautiful thing is that sound leads into silence, just as birds sing wholeheartedly at sunset before entering the deep silence of the night. So beautiful.
In my sessions we work with sound, breath, silence, and awareness. Meditative, joyful sounds can touch, open, and heal, while silence creates space to connect with your inner voice. You can do this in the privacy of your own room… but also in the freedom of nature.
Imagine standing in a place where you feel completely free. You breathe deeply, open all your senses, and simply observe. Do you hear birds? The waves of the sea? The wind, or perhaps complete silence? Maybe you hear your own breath or heartbeat…
Perhaps you need some time, or perhaps this is simply not for you.
And that is perfectly fine.
But if you feel called, you will naturally arrive there through relaxation and surrender. You become one with your surroundings, giving sound to your breath, singing with all that is.

When I was 11, I won the song contest at a summer camp in the Ardennes.
At 18, I knew that singing was my destiny.
The guitar, which had been my mainstay until then, had suddenly lost its meaning and disappeared for years, as far away as possible under my bed.
Singing turned out to be an immense quest for myself. I traveled the world, searching for the right teacher, often going against the grain, but also miraculously uplifted by many vibrant experiences. Whatever happened, one thing I knew for sure: I had to get to the bottom of things. I discovered everything. Besides a collection of very inspiring singing lessons, I also found a wealth of pure life lessons. One thing is clear: the “path of the voice” is always transformative. A fascinating path that never ends.
